Otto Automation provides A 2-year warranty on all surplus parts and repairs. This warranty policy covers all industrial control system parts and repair services sold by our company. We guarantee that all products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two years from the ship date.
If any product fails to conform to this warranty during the applicable warranty period, we will repair, replace or issue a refund of the product at our discretion. This warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation or maintenance, or any other cause beyond our control.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. We do not assume or authorize any person to assume for us any other liability in connection with the sale of our products.
