Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. All returns must be in working non-damaged. 

There is no restocking fee on returns. To initiate a return, please contact us at CustomerService@OttoAutomation.com. You will be required to provide your order number.

This return policy is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. We do not assume or authorize any person to assume for us any other liability in connection with the sale of our products.
